How to Install a Towbar for Toyota Hilux Vigo
Factory standard vehicles can be installed without modification, mounted under the original bumper.
- Remove the original bumper.
- Align the towbar frame with the vehicle chassis.
- Use the provided bolts to secure the frame to both the left and right sides of the chassis.
- Reinstall the original bumper.
- Attach the tow ball to the center socket of the towbar, secure it with the locking pin and clip.
- Tighten the stainless steel bolt underneath to stabilize the tow ball and prevent it from shaking during driving.
Note:
For modified vehicles, such as those with custom exhausts, skirts, previous rear-end collisions (affecting the chassis), or chassis modifications, the factory cannot guarantee compatibility.
