How to Install a Towbar for Ford Raptor

Factory standard vehicles can be installed without modification, mounted under the original bumper.

1. Remove the center plastic cover from the original bumper.
2. Unscrew the vehicle’s original bolts.
3. Place the towbar frame over the vehicle’s original frame.
4. If a spare tire is mounted at the rear, temporarily lower it for easier installation. Reinstall the spare tire once installation is complete.
5. Reattach the original bolts to secure the towbar frame tightly to the vehicle’s frame.
6. Reinstall the bumper’s plastic cover.
7. Attach the tow ball to the center socket of the towbar, secure it with the locking pin and clip.
8. Tighten the stainless steel bolt underneath to stabilize the tow ball and prevent it from shaking during driving.

Note:
For modified vehicles, such as those with custom exhausts, skirts, previous rear-end collisions (affecting the chassis), or chassis modifications, the factory cannot guarantee compatibility.
